On the Tasks page you will find all tasks that have previously been entered into your account in Kordiam. It's likely that you have a large amount of data, but only certain entries are of interest to you. Therefore, you can choose from a number of filter options located above the list of tasks:
- filter by task
- filter by status
- filter by platform
- filter by time range (not available when sorted by last modification date)
-
more filters
- assigned?
- done?
So you can, for example, show all future entries that have not yet been assigned to anyone or all overdue entries that have not yet been completed.
Sorting of the list
In addition to the filters, you can also choose from two sortings of the list. You can call up the menu for sorting on the right side above the list.
Sorting by deadline
Sorting from the most recent (top) to the oldest entry (bottom).
Sorting by last modification date
The entry where the last changes were made is on top of the list.
Filter settings
The filters for the platforms and the tasks are already explained here in detail which is why we will focus on the other filters now.
Filter by status
You may want to display only those tasks that already have been edited. This will allow you to view all the statuses you specified (Click here to see how to manage status levels).
Filter by time range
Here are various options available. So you can, for example, show all today's entries, or all entries for the upcoming week. You can also view all overdue entries to see what has not yet been completed.
Please note that the filter by time range is only available if you sort the list by deadline. When sorting by last modification date, the filter will disappear.
More Filters
In addition to the previously mentioned filters, there are two more options available. To show these please click on "more filters".
- assigned?
You want to know whos is currently working on tasks and if there are still tasks no one is working on? You can use this filter to display the appropriate results.
- done?
With this you can find out which tasks still have to be processed and which have already been completed.
If at least one of these two filters is active, this will be displayed in orange as soon as you cklick on "hide" to hide these filters again.
Example
With this setting you would now be shown all entries that
- are a text task,
- were requested
- for all platforms,
- lie in the future and
- have not been assigned to anyone yet
Kordiam also offers you other helpful functions, such as the topics feature or the possibility to save views.
