Arc XP and Kordiam integration

A large Kordiam customer in Germany has worked with us to develop an integration with the content management system Arc XP. The bi-directional integration is used as an alternative content calendar tool to Websked for the distribution of content for a nationwide publishing network.

Features of the integration

• An article can be exported from Kordiam to Arc and from Arc to Kordiam.
• The status of the story, the status of the publications and the date (single > start > date and time) are mapped. If necessary, the deadline of a task can also be updated.
• The Arc article is set as an external element and links to various elements in Arc (e.g. the article or a photo gallery) are transferred to Kordiam.
• A custom field is also updated in Kordiam when changes are made in Arc.
