Task communication via email and in Kordiam
In the center of the overall process is the communication of the task to be completed including further information such as the delivery time to the agent via email as well as in Kordiam.
All relevant information contained in these emails.
The sending of the emails can be controlled by the agent as well as by the recipient through different settings (by the recipient on the My Settings page).
Agreement on costs
Using the cost feature, you store and communicate the costs, including the currency, for each task or specifically for each task and freelancer.
These can also be changed manually in individual cases.
Agreement or acceptance of general terms and conditions or other legal notices
Kordiam enables you to store own standard texts per task or per assignment and thus to communicate automatically with each assignment to the freelancers.
Use this function primarily to communicate legal aspects or to refer to help texts that can be useful when performing the task.
Confirmation or rejection by the freelancer
The confirmation and rejection function in Kordiam plays a central role in this procurement process.
The requested (freelance) employees accept or reject an assignment by means of this function in Kordiam or also by email. The result is documented and communicated to the customer like all other changes in Kordiam.
Control or documentation of tasks and costs
For each topic, the assignments are documented in the change history together with all changes.
You can also download the completed tasks together with all data on the Tasks page in xls format.
