We released the new API 2.0. It will make the integration contracts clearer, more predictable, and easier to maintain over time! The documentation of API 2.0 includes its own changelog.

API Enhancements: Added name values to API responses for all endpoints in the “Story / Event” section to improve integration clarity and usability.
September 2025:
Security improvement: API rate limits are now enforced per API client instead of per IP address to enhance platform stability, while the existing rate limit values remain unchanged.
July 2025:
Implemented a flexible mechanism for controlling updates from Kordiam to external systems, introducing a flag to trigger or suppress exports after API‑based updates.
Note: No changes for existing integrations—they will continue functioning as before.- Extended API support for performing CRUD operations on custom field options, including enhancements for external ID handling and improved response structure. These endpoints are documented at api.kordiam.app.
June 2025:
- The SCIM API integration is now available, enabling external identity providers to programmatically manage user lifecycle operations in Kordiam. This Phase 1 release supports secure creation, reading, updating (via PATCH), and deletion of users following the SCIM 2.0 standard. Find out more about it here.

- Introduced API support for performing CRUD operations on custom field options for both single-choice and multiple-choice custom fields.
