Outlook calendar
Outlook allows you to subscribe to calendar feeds so your personal Kordiam appointments can be viewed directly in your Outlook calendar.
However, recent versions of Outlook (such as Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Outlook 2021/2019) no longer support calendar subscriptions that require authentication via the “Subscribe from Web (ICS)” method.
Therefore, it is necessary to use the non-password-protected calendar link provided by Kordiam.
How to subscribe to your Kordiam calendar in Outlook Web (browser):
-
Log in to Kordiam and go to My Settings.
-
Scroll down to the Calendar Feed section.
-
Click on Generate new link without password protection.
-
Copy the generated link.
-
Open Outlook Web in your browser (e.g. via outlook.office.com) and navigate to Calendar.
-
In the left-hand menu, click Add calendar > Subscribe from web.
-
Paste the copied link and enter a name for the calendar.
-
Click Import or Save to finish.
Once added via Outlook Web, the Kordiam calendar will also appear in the Outlook desktop application later. Please be aware that syncing new events may be delayed.

- To subscribe to this calendar feed please go to your calendar settings page on your mobile phone.
- Add a new calendar and in the following setup process enter a link connecting you to Kordiam.
You find this link in Kordiam on the page My Kordiam > Settings.
Please use the non-password protected link (click to generate a new link) or use the password-protected link:
- If you use the password-protected link, please enter your Kordiam username (Your email address) and your password.
The exact way of the setup for your smartphone is depending on the calendar program you are using.
