  • Filter Selection: Added a visual distinction for when only all subcategories are selected or also the parent category. 
  • Story Version Control: Improved version handling to prevent users from overwriting changes that are already stored in the database but not yet visible in the UI.
  • Saved View Search: Implemented the possibility to search in the list of saved views.
  • User Box on Task Page: The deadline assignment dialog now appears only for tasks without a deadline. Tasks with a derived deadline no longer display this dialog.
  • Performance Improvements: Addressed performance issues, improving stability and responsiveness.

  • Task Grouping: Fixed an issue where content on the Task page was displayed incorrectly when grouped by Done or Overdue.

  • API Task Update: Resolved a defect where a PATCH request to update tasks removed unspecified custom fields. All non-mentioned fields now remain unchanged.
  • Custom Fields Trigger Behavior: Resolved an issue where every update on a task or publication would unnecessarily trigger associated custom fields.
  • Custom Fields Display Issues: Fixed incorrect display of Text Custom Fields after interim save in Tasks/Publication.
  • Saved Views Assignee Filter: Corrected an issue in Saved Views where the Assignee filter was not applied correctly when selecting more than 60 users.
  • Element Duplication: Fixed a bug where duplicated elements were created unintentionally when the save button was clicked repeatedly in quick succession.

  • Group Admin Permissions: Fixed an issue where group admins could assign all platforms to a group, exceeding intended permissions.

  • Group Calendar Feed: Fixed an issue with the export of the group calendar. 

  • Notifications for Completed Tasks: Fixed inconsistent behavior where changing a publication date on SL triggered emails for tasks already marked as done, while the same change on the story card did not. Notifications are now suppressed in both cases as expected.(09.05.2025)

Improvements and new features

  • Added the possibility to filter for empty values on the Story List and the Tasks Page for the following fields: Tasks, Single Choice and Multiple Choice Custom Fields, Platform Types, Users and Platforms. For Undated Stories, the option to include or exclude stories based on platform presence is moved to the Platform filter section. 
  • Added a numeric icon to the Tasks column on the Story List, displaying the total number of tasks.
  • When creating a new task via the Tasks column on the Story List, publications are displayed directly if there are fewer than 5, simplifying the selection process. If there are 5 or more publications, the dropdown menu is used instead.
  • Added the possibility to remove tasks directly from the Tasks column on the Story List, either by unlinking them from a single publication or deleting the task entirely.
  • On the Tasks Page, the Event Date filter now includes an option to specify which events to consider: main events, separate appointments, or both.
  • Removed the cancel button in the update warning message when editing a story on the Detailed Entry to prevent accidental overriding when a story is updated in the background by other users or external systems.
  • Display of the Slug field in bold and italic on the Dashboard and Short Term Planning views.
  • Increased the Note field character limit from 2000 to 3000.

  • Now, when adding tasks to a story on the detailed entry card with only one platform whose publication date is in the past, the 'Assignment to Platforms' dialog will be displayed as well.
