Status and availability of our services

We keep you updated on the status of our services:

• The simplest way: Our status page shows the current availability of our services, along with any error or disruption notifications: Web Application
• You'll also find information here about the status of our various integration services: Rest API, Message Queue, CMS Export and Global Export Processing Services.
• Sign up for updates to receive automatic notifications about any status changes.
• For any major disruptions or limitations, we'll also inform you via X using our @kordiam_io account

API Service:

• This parameter indicates the uptime of our API service. It indicates whether the API is available or not. Service interruptions would affect all communication with our API.

Message Queue:

• This parameter indicates the availability of our Message Queue service: If there are any problems, such as degraded performance, it will be indicated here. Service issues only affect Kordiam accounts that use a MQ for their integration.

CMS Export:

• This parameter indicates the availability of our CMS Export service: If there are any issues, such as degraded performance, it will be indicated here. Service issues only affect integrations that are platform-specific and therefore based on the CMS Export service.

Global Export:

• This parameter indicates the availability of our Global Export service: If there are any problems, such as degraded performance, it will be indicated here. Service issues only affect integrations based on Global Export.
