Find Stories That Have Disappeared

That stories disappear, can have several reasons.

For starters, please check your filter settings in the control panel.

If you still cannot find the story despite the correct settings, it may be that it is scheduled to be published on a publication platform you don't have access to. It means that:

1. You are either not a member of the group that has access to the platform or

2. Your group does not have access to the platform.

In this case, please contact an admin to give you or your group the necessary access rights.

Maybe the story was deleted? Occasionally stories may be discarded or accidentally deleted. Keep in mind that you will only be informed about this if you have activated this in your personal settings below "Notification Settings".

It could also be that the publication platform the story was scheduled to be published on has been deleted. In this case, the stories are not deleted but have lost their anchor. Hence these stories are no longer being displayed unless they were scheduled for another platform or assigned to a group as an event.

Please note:
All stories can be found again through the "search function", which you can find at the top right-hand corner. You can also find and reactivate deleted entries up to 14 days after their deletion.
