First steps for freelancers working with Kordiam

My Schedule page

As a typical freelancer you will have access only to your own appointments and assignments in Kordiam.

They are listed on the page My Schedule.

Print-outs

Please note the various Print buttons that allow you to print out one of the boxes or both (the print button for both boxes is located in the upper right-hand corner of the page).

Import your appointments into your calendar

You can also import your appointments, shift assignments and absences automatically into your personal calendar (e.g. on your iPhone, Android phone, Outlook, etc.; learn how to import your appointments into your calendar). 

Notification emails

Kordiam will send you emails about new task assignments and when these assignments change. You can change the settings for what kind of notification emails you receive on the page My Settings.
