Kordiam sends notification emails to employees as well as freelancers about new tasks and changes to them.
In these emails you can insert your own, standardized content in two places.
Why insert your own content?
We see two primary reasons to use this feature:
- You can insert legal text or links to documents such as Terms and Conditions.
- Provide hints on how the task should be handled with short bullet points or link to help documents.
Case 1: Standard texts per task
Depending on the story, a user can be assigned to one or more tasks. He receives information about the nature of the email and potentially additional details, such as a due date or a case-specific task note.
Directly underneath this information can be a text that is slightly separated in grey text. This can contain links to external websites or documents.
It may be useful to create different tasks in the admin section when you want to send assignments with different standard texts.
To insert such a standard text access the Tasks page in the Admin section, open a Task for editing and enter the content at "Default text".
Case 2: text in the email footer or as imprint
At the end of the email you can place a (possibly very long) text including links.
This is done on the side General Settings at "Custom email footer".
